Windeco turbines are a 100% spanish product with really fascinating performance, specially with very low wind speeds.
The super efficient 3-phase neodyme alternator is built by to the highest standards by the world known Obeki Industrial Machines, and is available in 48Vdc off-grid, for considerable sized remote homes battery charging and/or water pumping, and a grid connected version with a powerfull Zigor grid-tie inverter.

We have done quite some research on the Windeco's ourselves and know what we are dealing with. We currently own one which is providing an important part of our daily electric demands, as all our premises run completely on alternative energy.
Talking about efficiency; the turbine can be completely logged through an RS232 or LAN connection, we have recorded over 30Kw/h in one day with only moderate winds.
600-700 W can be obtained with wind speeds of only 4,1m/s (15km/h) and at 9m/s a rough 4 kw are kicked out of the turbine. These are NOT test bench results but real life situations, in our own premises in Ronda Málaga. Without any doubt the most efficient turbine we have tested comparing it to any of its competitors.

A very robust construction, slow rpm's (between 60 and 225 rpm) and its self supported tower with only 3, brushless moving parts are designed to give many years of efficient and trouble free service.

As the turbine is a high voltage direct drive alternator, it can be installed at considerable distances from its regulator, without losing any efficiency or power output.
This turbine differs from others who can only aspire to be its competitors, is its low speed rotation. Low speed is slow aging; low speed is little noise. At 50 rpm it starts generating power and gets the automatic intelligent brake operational at a completely programmable speed upto 250 rpm, as is the auto-furl.

The average start up speed rounds 2-2,5 m/s (7 km/h), and its output curve and its electric braking speeds can be fully adjusted to smoothen and optimize operation to the max for every individual situation.

The twin microcontrollers of its high frequency Inverter controller, operates the machine smoothly responding to all comands, making it a perfect, high power battery charger. When batteries are completely charged, or voltage rises above the predefined value the Vento comes to an almost inmediate halt and turns at a maximum speed of 10rpm, even with gale force winds, untill the programmable halt time has concluded, starting to charge again.

Maximum reliability and almost no maintenance reduces costs. Power outputs of 8Kw can easily be recorded.
