Bornay Windturbines

Bornay Turbines are very tough, simple and well made machines. They are virtually indestructable with a patented and very reliable design, promising to be maintenance free for many years.
As the Windeco Vento, we have one installed on our own property (a 48Vdc Inclin 3000) with some very satisfactory results. See attached the two short videos proving funcionality and output @ 8m/s. At the background of the first video you can see the Vento, on a manual standstill using the electronic brake.
Over 128Amps @ our 48V system have been recorded with storms.
Excess wind: Behaviour of an Inclin 3000
On this video we can perfectly see the behaviour when excess wind hits the turbine fully. The turbine tilts upto 45º losing efectiveness, saving the machine from overspeeding and premature aging. On this very machine we have recorded upto 93Amps (+4Kw) at our own test and demo site.
The Inclin Windturbines have been concieved specially to work in conjunction with solar installations.
A properly sized hybrid system guarantees electric power under almost any climatic condition. As under normal conditions, wind compensates lack of sun and vice-versa.
The Bornay Inclin range is available from us between the 1,5Kw and 6Kw models, and are capable of covering almost any power demand.
Made under very strict quality controls with CE approval, these reliable windgenerators are built on base of consolidated +30 years of experience.
They are used around the world for telecom beacons, lightning, signalling, water pumping, remote isolated houses, even upto small industrial sights.
The installation is very simple on any tower that resists the horizontal pressure given by the manufacturer at windy days.
Made with top quality materials and a biochromatic finish with special anticorrosive paints, long life is assured.
Maintenance is reduced to 1 or 2 visual inspections and re-torque of the nuts.
The Fiberglass carbon reinforced blades offer excellent performance and long life. The high power blades only make (an almost insignificant) low noise; a very soft whistle over the background.
The UV resistant plastic protection cap of the turbine gives the nice esthetics finish which fits perfectly in any countryside / neighbourhood.
All Bornay turbines come with a 2 year warranty.
Power Output
On this mini-video the output recorded is +/- 1kw; corresponding exactly to what the manufacturer drays out on the output graphs. The battery voltage and temperature is also displayed.
